ଆମ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଓଡ଼ିଶାରେ ବାର ମାସରେ ତେର ପର୍ବ ପାଳିତ ହେଇଥାଏ |

ସେଥିରୁ ରଜ ପର୍ବ ଏକ ନିଆରା ତଥା ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ପର୍ବ ରୂପେ ପରିଗଣିତ |

ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଏ ପର୍ବଟିକୁ ମୁହାଁ ଆନନ୍ଦରେ  ପାଳନ କରିଥାନ୍ତୁ |ବିଶେଷତଃ 

ଏହା ଝିଅମାନଙ୍କ ପଇଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅଟେ |ଦୁଲୀ  ଝୁଲିବା ରଜ ପାନ ଖାଇଥାଉ .|

 ଓଡ଼ିଆ ରଜ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି ପଡେ ଯାହାକୁ ମିଥୁନ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି ମଧ୍ୟ କହନ୍ତି |

ଇଂରାଜୀ ମାସରେ ଜନୁଜାୟା ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ଜୁନ୍ ଅଧା ବେଳକୁ ରଜ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତି ପଡେ |

ତାହା ଆମେ ବହୁତ ଖୁସି ଆନନ୍ଦରେ ତିନି ଦିନ ପାଳି ଥାଉ .|
